If you’ve ever dropped your mobile phone or your keys down one of those too-narrow-to-get-your-hand-in gaps between the car seat and the centre console, here’s a handy hint to save yourself a lot of frustration: just cut some pieces of foam pipe insulation to fit the length of the gaps and wedge them in there to stop anything from falling down those gaps!
